Our Technical Support Help Desk personnel are dedicated to providing our customers access to the information, tools, and expertise you need and expect from your solution providers. ILS Technology also utilizes our secureWISE connect solution to provide our customers support of their operations and support systems, assuring continued availability and up-time through constant monitoring. All updates are also served through our support system eliminating the need for on-site personnel or hard copy software distribution.

Licensed customers may receive support via telephone (1-866-425-6172), email, or fax up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Additionally, customers with current support contracts are entitled to receive updates and other logical enhancements to the licensed products.

ILS Technology customers can select from our basic, standard or operational service plans, each providing different levels of support depending on your customer service demands.
