Export Guidelines

In reference to sections 15 CFR Parts 734, 740, 742, 770, 772, and 774 of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the export and use of ILS Technology (ILST) software as shown in  Table A is allowed for all countries with exception to the countries listed below. It is not mandatory that LST or customers register for a license to export product outside the US due to the commercial application in which the product will be utilized for.

These charts do not represent any undertaking by ILS Technology to keep the user advised as to all relevant U.S. export controls development. There is no established schedule for updating this Web site, so exporters are encouraged to check the latest export regulations regarding restricted countries.
